The Jim Thompson House Museum is located not far from the Siam area. It will be in Soi Kasemsan 2, next to Saen Saep Canal. It looks like an ancient Thai house built from teak wood. It was originally the home of James H.W. Thompson, founder of the Jim Thompson Thai Silk Company. Today, the inside of the house showcases antique and contemporary art. Especially Asian artworks and there is also a point to watch the Thai silk weaving process along with a Thai fusion restaurant serving as well.
